(1)修正齒形
使封閉空間的容積變化減到小,該法應用較小。
(2)泄壓孔
從動齒輪的齒頂到齒根鉆徑向通孔,再從動齒輪軸上銑出兩條溝槽(加工復雜)
(3)泄壓槽(卸荷槽)
在泵兩側蓋的內側,沿輪齒節圓的公切線方向,開出四個長方形凹槽(在每個側蓋的進排油方向各開一個)。凹槽的距離,必須大于一個輪齒齒間的厚度,以免使吸排腔直接溝通。
